Use these display creative examples to help prospective advertisers envision new advertising offers, messaging and creative approaches of their own.

Along with the display creative examples (which are available to download at the end of this post), here are some tips to help with running a successful health and beauty digital advertising campaign:

High-quality imagery only

The health and beauty category is not the place for DIY visuals. Research any costs required for custom photo shoots or for licensing stock photography.

Physical vs. emotional products

Know what’s being sold. Is it a tangible item that can be placed into a bag, or a “feeling” and a “look”? If your campaign is imagery-reliant, then larger desktop and tablet ads may be more conducive to securing your goals versus the sizes most often trafficked to mobile devices.

Test multiple CTAs

Review the call-to-action phrases in the creative examples, as well as the top 100 CTAs. Plan on testing multiple CTAs throughout your campaign in order to identify the best performers, and adjust creative accordingly.

Lather, rinse, repeat

Digital advertising — it’s just like washing your hair! Using campaign reporting, evaluate campaign key performance indicators (KPIs), and bake those findings into future flights.
